Matching Report Form for 2nd+ Generation
Once the two candidates have decided to become a matched coupe and the parents of both agree, they can organize a Commitment Ceremony. During the ceremony both families (candidates and parents) sign the official Matching Report Form.
After the Commitment Ceremony, please upload the signed form on the Blessing Application Website and send it to europe.cosmic.blessing@gmail.com
